Years ago, Amy wanted to make something to bring to markets during the winter months when the farm didnβt grow as many plants. After some creativity in the kitchen, Bonlee Grown Farmβs first baked good was born: banana bread. Since then, WWOOFers and workers alike have contributed to the growing variety of breads the farm offers at markets, including a number of seasonal flavorsβstrawberry and carrot cake in the spring, blueberry-lemon and zucchini in the summer, pumpkin and sweet potato in the fall, as well as a year-round vegan apple bread and, of course, our classic banana bread.
